HARTS was formed five years ago by Paul Hart. Paul served a lengthy career apprenticeship prior to opening his own restaurant, 23 years in fact, the latter part spent with Brittania Hotels Ltd, as group development chef, including the now famous Adelphi Hotel, and teaching catering students at three local colleges, Bolton, Wigan and Leigh.

Paul is a Fellow of the 'World Masterchefs Society' who awarded him the coveted CULINARY ORDER OF MERIT He is also a member of the 'Association Culinaire Francaise' the 'Cookery and Food Association' and the 'Craft Guild of Chefs'.
