At Harts we strive to purchase only the finest quality fresh produce, cooked
in such a manner as to avoid destroying their original flavours and
textures.
In an effort to maintain customer interest and satisfaction, our
Al a carte menu changes with the seasons, and our blackboards change
regularly allowing us to continue to experiment with new flavours
and combinations.
The eclectic style of the Menu and decor reflects an approach to dining
which we feel is different from the rest, and choosing to be unlicenced,
allowing our customers to bring their favourite wines with them,
is testimony to this approach.

The feel that Paul Hart wanted to created was one of a busy
French restaurant similar to ones found in the
Latin quarter of
Paris, but with a value for money, mix of cuisine
with influences collected from chefs and restaurants around the world.
He is also a member of the 'Association
Culinaire Francaise' the 'Cookery and Food Association' and the 'Craft
Guild of Chefs'.
