'World Masterchefs Society'
who awarded him the coveted
The feel that Paul Hart wanted to created was one of a busy
French restaurant similar to ones found in the Latin quarter of
Paris, but with a value for money, mix of cuisine with influences collected from chefs and restaurants around the world.
He is also a member of the 'Association Culinaire Francaise' the 'Cookery and Food Association' and the 'Craft Guild of Chefs'.
